• Spacious & Versatile Warehouse – A total of 13,000 square feet of secure, dedicated storage space designed specifically for receiving, handling, long/short-term storage, and distribution of heavy industrial items.
• Heavy Lifting Capability – Equipped with two powerful overhead cranes capable of lifting up to 25 tonnes, with tandem lifting options for much heavier loads. This allows safe, controlled loading and offloading of all types of transport vehicles, including standard articulated lorries, low loaders, open-top containers, and flatbeds. No need for third-party cranes; we handle everything in-house.
• Container Handling – Fully equipped to load, unload, and store standard and open-top shipping containers, making us a convenient hub for import/export machinery movements. We support third-party transport where required.
• Clean, Dry & Powered Environment – Our warehouse maintains a clean, dry atmosphere to protect valuable machinery from dust, moisture, corrosion, or environmental damage. 3-phase electrics are available throughout, enabling clients to power up machines for testing, maintenance, demonstration, or preparation prior to reinstallation or sale.
• Additional Services – On-site cleaning and preparation service available if required (e.g., degreasing, painting touch-ups, basic maintenance). We can also arrange full decommissioning, dismantling, or re-assembly support as part of your storage package. We can facilitate the disposal of surplus machinery if required.
